Returns & Refunds Policy

We’re very sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied with your order. Please review Purus Skin’s return and refund policy carefully before proceeding. 

If you have any concerns or questions regarding our products, missing or damaged items, and our policies, please reach out to us at support@purus-skin.com.

Please Note:

  • Unused products within 14 days of receipt are eligible for return and refund if they are damaged or faulty. All products must be sent back to us in new conditions. We will not accept broken sealing or used products.
  • We do not offer exchanges on any products.
  • Return postage is at the expense of the customer. We are not responsible for the cost of insurance and lost or damaged products during transit.
  • Shipping & handling costs are not refundable.

Damaged Products During Transit:

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at support@purus-skin.com with your order information, full name and images of the damaged items. We’ll be happy to help you resolve the issue. 

How to Process a Return:

If you wish to return the products you purchased from our website (purus-skin.com), please email us at support@purus-skin.com with proof of purchase to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 

Once you receive the RMA, return the products in their original packaging if possible with your order information and RMA number. We suggest using protective packing materials to prevent any damage during shipping.

When You Will Receive a Refund:

From the day we receive the returned products, it will take 7 – 14 business days to process your refund. All refunds will be posted to the original credit cards used to place the order. It might take 2 – 3 business days for your bank statement to show the refund amount.  You will receive a confirmation email from us indicating that your refund has been processed.
