Orders & Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, Paypal, and Paypal Credit. Unfortunately we do not accept any other form of payment not on this list at this time.

 

Q: Can I send an order as a gift?

Of course! Just leave us a note before placing your order order and we’ll make sure to create a gift receipt.

 

Q: Where do I put in my discount code?

Discount codes can be inputted on your cart page or during checkout by clicking “Apply Coupon”. Happy saving!

Shipping

Q: Is there free shipping?

All orders (within U.S.) over $35 are elligible for free shipping! Please note: our free shipping option is only available after discount codes are applied and your order subtotal is over $35.

 

Q: When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed and shipped out on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.

After our local post office receives your package, delivery time should take 3-10 business days depending on your proximity to our location (San Francisco Bay Area, CA).

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

We unfortunately do not offer international shipping at this time. 🙁  Sorry international friends!

Cancellation, Returns, & Damaged Items

Q: Can I cancel/modify my order?

Orders that have not been shipped out can be cancelled/modified. However, there will be a small fee for cancelled/modified orders.

 

Q: How do I request a refund?

We’re very sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied with your order.

If you wish to return the products you purchased from our website (purus-skin.com), please email us at support@purus-skin.com with proof of purchase to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 

Once you receive the RMA, return the products in their original packaging if possible with your order information and RMA number. We suggest using protective packing materials to prevent any damage during shipping.

 

Q: My products came damaged!

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at support@purus-skin.com with your order information, full name and images of the damaged items. We’ll be happy to help you resolve the issue.

Q: Are your products authentic?

All products are from South Korean brands and are picked and tested by our beauty team.

Our goal at Purus Skin is to be the bridge between the K-Beauty world and our friends here in the United States. Hopefully you fall in love with Korean Skincare and Beauty products as much as we have!

 

Q: How do I get better skin?

Like most things in life, getting better skin requires a lot of love and patience. We choose the high quality products and try to provide enough information to properly educate our customers into curating the most effective skincare routine for them.

Q: What is the 10-step Korean skincare routine?

The 10-step Korean skincare routine is the skin care regimen that includes (1) cleansing (2) exfoliating (3) toning (4) essence (5) serums (6) a sheet mask (7) eye cream (8) moisturizer (9) and then either a thicker night cream, sleeping mask, or (10) SPF for the daytime.

Q: Do I need to have 100 steps in my skincare routine now?

Oh my.. I don’t think anyone’s skin could ever handle that much skincare. But anyway, the 10-step Korean skincare routine can yield amazing results when all steps are consistently followed. However, we all know sometimes we don’t have enough time for an intensive daily skin routine. Skipping some steps is perfectly fine! As long as you are still cleansing, toning, moisturizing, and using SPF, your skin will forgive you if you skip one or two steps one day.
